Election Day is Tuesday. I voted last week, but many will vote tomorrow in what is likely the most important election of our lifetime. We hear that so often, it’s easy to dismiss it. We cannot dismiss it this time. In addition to the race for president, which is incredibly important, there are various measures on states’ ballots. Missourians, vote wisely concerning these. This brief article is to remind you of what I’ve already expressed. Two of the most crucial measures involve the importance of protecting life and protecting proper elections: https://adrienneross.substack.com/p/why-missourians-should-vote-no-amendment-3-yes-amendment-7.
I'm very sorry to see that Missourians didn't reject Amendment 3. It was a horrible amendment that did not get the press and leadership from our politicians it needed. Also, it shows how much we need to change the amendment process in Missouri.
The amendment may be needed with reference to State and Local elections but is not necessary for Federal Elections. I am not familiar with Ranked Choice Voting.
The Amendment addresses the language concerning citizens having the right to vote vs. only citizens voting and the language makes a huge difference. Either way, there's the no reason not to vote Yes on A7. Ranked Choice Voting is a disaster. I included links in this piece to where I've covered it before.

I'm extremely disappointed also. Missouri was inundated with commercials filled with lies. Prayers continue!
Will Amendment 7 replace the existing Federal law which says non-citizens can not vote?
John, it is an Amendment and will make the language clear that ONLY citizens may vote, and it also prohibits Ranked Choice Voting.
I liked the information provided by this site: https://ballotpedia.org/Debate_over_the_prevalence_of_noncitizens_voting
