Life group at church Wednesday night launched into a part of our discussion that addressed the question, “What does it mean to delight yourself in the Lord?” I’ve thought some more on this since then. As we were going through Psalm 37, we parked at verse four, which states, “Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” I asked the life group what they think it means to delight in God. All responses were excellent: living as God wants us to, praising Him even in difficult times, singing, and rejoicing were some things we focused on.
