New York Supreme Court Rules City Must Rehire and Pay Back Jab Resisters

Everyone with a lick of sense knows that demanding people get a jab of who-knows-what is unconstitutional, but higher-ups in New York are not exactly known for having that lick. Seems like the New York Supreme Court, at least, gets it and has ruled that city workers who were fired for refusing the you-know-what get their jobs back along with backpay.
