Kennedy Family Outrage over RFK's Trump Endorsement Exemplifies Political Elitism and Entitlement
Just over a week ago now, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. suspended his independent campaign and endorsed former President Donald Trump for president. Each member of his family, it seems, had a cow. It amazes me that people believe they have the right to dictate how someone chooses to vote and then try to shame the person before the world, but I’m familiar with it.
The Kennedys released the following statement
Actually, what’s sad is people who are still choosing whom they support based on what their father, grandfather, uncle, brother, you name it believes. This is the epitome, actually, of political elitism, entitlement, control, and childishness. The thought that someone is outraged enough to feel a statement is necessary because a Kennedy veered off the plantation is almost unreal—except it’s not.
It’s the same mindset that people have when a black person chooses to escape the Democrat plantation. People lose their collective minds and start calling the person self-hating, a sell-out, an Aunt Jemima, Uncle Tom, any- and everything control freaks and race-baiters, and, frankly, racists do when someone dares to think for himself or herself.
