Grammys: I Know 'Satanic' When I Feel It
I didn’t watch the Grammy Awards. In fact, I never watch the Grammys. I’m not really a music person, so that's partly the reason. Even if I were, though, I wouldn’t spend time watching a bunch of woke folk dressing up and acting out. Not interested. The last time I clearly remember tuning in was when I was in the eighth grade and Michael Jackson moonwalked away with eight Grammys, which was the same year he took home eight American Music Awards. The man was a genius. (But I digress!) So I have the good fortune of having missed the performance that many are calling “satanic” and that has garnered much attention this week. I did catch a video of the performance online, however, but it won’t happen again. While some are pushing back against the assertion that what went down was, in fact, satanic, I say this: 1) It’s obvious and 2) I don’t know everything, but I know satanic/demonic when I feel it. And I felt it.
