Joe Biden Announces Reelection Run Over, Endorses Kamala Harris
For a little more than a week, we have been hearing it was coming. Pressure was mounting for President Biden to end the farce that he could serve for four more years, many saying he’s not even fit to finish his term. First things first. He has withdrawn his name from 2024 consideration and has endorsed Vice Presidential Kamala Harris. This ought to me quite—shall we say?—interesting.
We’ve never been in this place in my lifetime, so I cannot pretend I know how all of this will unfold. What I do know is that since the Biden administration became a thing, Harris has not been liked within her own Democrat party, she has embarrassed herself and the nation by talking in riddles and cackling inappropriately, and she has failed at what was supposed to be priority #1 for her: the border.
If you remember, Harris ran for president against Biden in 2020 and passionately suggested he was a racist. She ended up dropping out of the race, and, true to his promise to select a black woman, Biden chose Harris to be his running mate. Somehow, Harris suddenly saw Biden as a good man, and she gladly accepted his offer and, subsequently, the nomination.
